Goodyear Arizona General Contractor Residential Commercial Services
Goodyear AZ Residential Contracting
The first step of the Residential construction process is the designing stage. This consists of floorplans/drawings/blueprints. If you do not have plans, JL Finley Construction will refer a local Architect and Civil Engineer. JL Finley Construction has a list of local Architects and Engineers throughout Arizona in order to make everything convenient as possible for our client. Once you have your preliminary plans it is time to set up a meeting with our local office to discuss plans, layout, upgrades, etc. There is no charge for this consultation.
Once we have received a complete stamped and sealed set of drawings from the Architect we will give our client a proposal (also known as bid or estimate) showing a detailed scope of work so we both know what is included and excluded in the proposed price. When an agreement has been made and JL Finley has a signed proposal and contract we will move forward to the permitting phase. We can move through the permitting phase promptly due to having established relationships with all Arizona Building Departments.
Once the permit has been issued, we will break ground immediately. JL Finley strives to make the building process as stress free as possible. We understand as a homeowner how hard decisions can be to make. We will be there every step of the way to give advice and help you pick out all of your finish products, colors, styles, etc. When the project is complete and our client accepts the finished product we will supply our client with a Certificate of Occupancy issued by the local Building Department. At this time, you are ready to move in and enjoy your new home.
At JL Finley we strive to not only meet, but surpass our clients’ expectations. We are always available to you not only during the construction process, but after as well. Let us make your dream a reality today! Let us show you the JL Finley Difference!
